Blocks Demonstrated

Jeff Raben addresses my mind, even while I cannot yet execute.

Today we conceived of

• a sword’s blade and flat side

• the exchanging forward and back positions of the shoulders endowing a forward strike with force / momentum

The first instance was demonstrated in the blocks of the first two strikes.

The second instance my imagination contrasted with an arm acting in isolation.
